Privacy Policy
We collect as little as possible, keep it as briefly as we can, and never sell it.
What we collect
Your name, email address, phone number and any details you volunteer when enquiring about or booking a program — including health information you choose to share so we can teach you safely.
How we use it
To answer your enquiry, administer your booking, adapt teaching to your needs, and — only if you ask — send you our monthly letter. We do not sell, rent or share your data with advertisers.
Newsletter
You can unsubscribe from any email with a single click. We send no more than twelve letters a year and we do not pass your address to third parties.
Health information
Anything you tell us about injuries or medical conditions is seen only by the teaching team and is kept for the duration of your program plus one year, in case you return.
Retention and deletion
Booking records are kept for seven years for tax purposes. Everything else is deleted on request.
Your rights
Write to infopraanah@gmail.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. We respond within thirty days.
