Seven Days to Make the Practice Yours
A residential week where the Five Pillars stop being a framework you understand and become a rhythm you keep.
Overview
A weekend can introduce a practice. A week can install it. The One Week Intensive gives your body enough consecutive days to feel the change in sleep, digestion and attention rather than take our word for it.
Days are structured but unhurried: two teaching blocks, two practice blocks, shared meals cooked in front of you, and long stretches of genuine rest.
