Terms of Service
Plainly written, so there is nothing to discover later.
Bookings
A place is confirmed only once we have written to you and payment has been received. Requesting a place through the site is an enquiry, not a contract.
Payment
Fees are quoted in Indian rupees and include all meals and materials listed on the program page. Instalments are available on longer programs by arrangement.
Cancellations by you
Cancel more than 21 days before the start date for a full refund less a 10% administration fee. Between 21 and 7 days, 50% is refundable. Within 7 days, fees are non-refundable but may be transferred once to a later date.
Cancellations by us
If we cancel a program for any reason, you receive a full refund or a transfer to the next available dates, whichever you prefer.
Health and participation
Our teaching is educational and is not medical treatment. Tell us about injuries, pregnancy, medication or medical conditions before booking. You remain responsible for practising within your own limits and for consulting your doctor where appropriate.
Conduct
Our rooms are shared and quiet. We may ask anyone whose behaviour affects other students to leave without refund.
Intellectual property
Course materials, recordings and written plans are for your personal use and may not be reproduced or taught commercially without written permission.
